Please use this form to submit the title of your story for the OSFW Holiday Party. Pressing “submit” will anonymously send your title to the President.
The President will use this information to prepare pre-printed “guess sheets” for you to use at the party. This will make it easier to organize your guesses the night of the party.
If you change your mind about your story title and want to submit a different title, use the comments section to tell us the title you previously submitted so we won’t use that one on the pre-printed guess sheet.
Do NOT include identifying information in the “message” section. This form sends a message from “wordpress@osfw.online,” so the president WON’T KNOW who sent it.
